Houserules

**Check-in**

Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If needed, a different time can be arranged in consultation. Please let us know at least one day in advance when you expect to arrive, and it would be appreciated by both parties if you could notify us about 30 minutes before your arrival that you are on your way. This way, we can ensure that we are present to welcome you and you won’t have to wait unnecessarily.

**Check-out**

On the day of departure, you can check out between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

**Breakfast**

Breakfast is served at a time of your preference, in consultation, between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

**Key Management**

Upon arrival, you will receive a key to your room. If you leave to explore the area or for other activities, please close the windows, turn off the lights, and lock your room. We are not liable for loss or theft of belongings during your stay.

When checking out, please return the key. In case of loss of the key, a fee of €200 will be charged.

**Bed Linen and Towels**

For longer stays, individual arrangements will be made regarding the changing of towels, bed linen, and cleaning.

**Pets**

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We have chickens, cats, sheep, and goats on the premises.

**Prices**

The Bed & Breakfast prices include:

- Breakfast

- Use of coffee and tea in the common area

- Wi-Fi, internet (should the internet unexpectedly not function properly during your stay, this does not entitle you to a refund of (part of) the room price)

- Parking on our premises

- Storage for bicycles in a shed and charging of electric bikes

**Smoking**

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Bed & Breakfast [H]eerlijk! Smoking outside is allowed in consultation, provided it does not bother others and safety is not compromised. The premises must remain cigarette-butt free. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated bins.

**Alcohol and (Soft) Drugs**

Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so please enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is strictly forbidden to possess, use, or trade drugs at Bed & Breakfast [H]eerlijk!

**Noise Disturbance**

Please be considerate of other guests and the residents of Bed & Breakfast [H]eerlijk! during your stay. We live in a friendly and quiet hamlet and highly value our good relationship with our neighbors.

For everyone’s (night) rest, we kindly ask that it be quiet in the house and on the premises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

**Parking**

You can park your car for free in the parking spaces near the Sluis. Parking is at your own risk. Bed & Breakfast [H]eerlijk! is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.

**Damage, Loss, Theft**

Bed & Breakfast [H]eerlijk! is not liable for any damage to, or loss or theft of your belongings during your stay.

Please handle the items in the Bed & Breakfast and the garden with care. Accidents can happen, but if any damage is caused to the furnishings or accommodation, please inform us. For serious or intentional damage, we will charge a fee.

**Reception of Guests**

When making a reservation, you must always correctly state the number of people in your party. It is not allowed to stay overnight with more people than the number for which the reservation was made.
