Cancellation conditions
Are you unable to come after making a booking? No problem, we offer free cancellation within one week (7 days) of booking. For cancellations outside this period, we apply the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). We recommend that you take out (continuous) cancellation insurance. If you have to cancel unexpectedly and do not have cancellation insurance, any costs that would have been covered by such insurance will unfortunately be at your own risk and expense.
